Welcome to Mesta Park

– we're a thriving historic community in the heart of Oklahoma City. Whether you are a current resident or a part of our surrounding community, our website is here to serve you.

Our neighborhood was founded in 1902 and presents many examples of classic architecture from the early 20th century.  As a historic district, we strive to maintain the beauty of our past.  As a modern community, we sponsor many activities and initiatives throughout the year.

21st Annual Mesta Festa to be held September 10

Oklahoma City, OK -- The Mesta Park Neighborhood Association presents the 2016 Mesta Festa, which will take place Saturday, September 10, 2016 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Perle Mesta Park, located at NW 18th and Shartel Ave.

Mesta Festa is free and open to the public, and will include a beer and wine garden, outdoor games like bocce ball and kubb, arts and crafts, live music and dance performances, free yoga classes, sand volleyball, local artist and pop-up shopping booths, as well as food trucks. Funds raised at Mesta Festa benefit the Mesta Park Neighborhood Association, contributing a significant portion to its annual budget.

“We will have more than 30 beer and wine vendors, artist booths, and pop-up shops coming to Mesta Festa this year, and we are excited to see our neighborhood activated in such a big way,” said Mesta Festa committee member Harry Meister.

Admission to the beer and wine garden requires a wristband, which will be available for purchase at the entrance to the garden for $20 per person. (Only those 21 years of age and older may enter the beer and wine garden.) Mesta Festa t-shirts will also be available for sale on the day of the event. Cash and credit cards will be accepted.

Event day volunteers are still needed, and those who would like to help may sign up for shifts online at For more information contact Jill DeLozier, (405) 623-7206 or
