We'll soon be delivering our monthly newsletter in print and by email.  The email version will contain summaries of each of the articles with links to the full articles on our website.

While we know that some residents will still desire the paper newsletter delivered to their homes, we are hopeful that many residents will opt to receive the newsletter by email only. Fewer printed newsletters means less money the neighborhood has to spend on printing and postage. Plus, it's better for the environment.  Hooray!

To sign up for the email newsletter and (optionally) to discontinue your printed newsletter service, please visit our newsletter page.

Bruce Buckner, a real ASSet to your community -- he writes to an online message forum: "MOI? Pouring a gram vile of PCP into a Dr Pepper and chugging it was on the foolish side. It taught me that if I was ever going to kill myself corRECTly I needed a 45. All that happened with the PCP was 36 hours in utter HELL. I do NOT endorse it for suicidal purposes. Hmmm... for that matter I wouldn't recommend it's use for anything. The Salvia thing was short but scarry and a bit painfull. Mark that off your list of things to have fun with. And there is nothing enlightening about it either. A friend gave me a full tank of Nitrous Oxcide about 30 years ago. It was fun until I found the downside of it. Love shrooms, but had one bad experience on it. I took acid many times in the 60s and 70s but it did ZILCH for me or TO me. I was immune. Tried it a few years ago and would now use it once a month if it were always available, but it ain't. Tried opium once, it was heavenly. Haven't known of any since, so me and old reliable still kick back at the end of each day, relax, get comfy at the computer and terrorize the Tunies. Hmmm, guess I never used anything WEIRD.

(I ain't signin' THIS)"
