Police officers cannot be thanked enough for all they do to keep us
safe. They put their life on the line every time they go to work for
HNSA or the City. Personal holiday thank you notes / cards are being
collected for the HNSA officers that patrol our neighborhood. A
"thank-you" scrapbook will be assembled and placed in the patrol car.
The officers will all be able to read through them when they work for
us.
Any HNSA Member interested in contributing money towards
a gift pool for our HNSA officers may do so as well. Please note: this
is completely voluntary in no way should you feel obligated to
participate. This is just an efficient way for any HNSA member to
provide a monetary gift and / or written thank you notes for our 15-20
officers that regularly work for us. The holiday season is when many of
us give gifts as an expression of gratitude to the people who help and
serve us through the year so it seems fitting that we provide this
opportunity to thank our HNSA officers.
If you are interested
in contributing to the gift pool and / or the “thank you” scrapbook,
please contact Sheryl Dolan, 521-0119 or ssdolan@sbcglobal.net.
All cards/cash gifts should be collected by 11/30/07 and can be left in
the Dolan’s mailbox, (which goes into the house), at 227 NW 15th.
