We recently had the exterior of our home painted by this company. They provided an estimate and a time frame and followed through on the contract. We were provided referrals upon request and interviewed one of the referrals (in Heritage Hills) before contracting with them. They stripped the paint to the bare wood and sanded the wood smoothly. They applied a base coat and 2 coats of the finished color. They caulked all areas that needed it. They are honest and never changed the contract or anything agreed upon. We stopped counting the number of people that would stop by and ask about our paint job--they were so impressed that it was being stripped down. We could not be more pleased with the company. They have painted many homes in Mesta Park and Heritage Hills.

I recently contracted this company to perform stucco repair and paint work on a property I own in Heritage Hills (live in Mesta). They started the work nearly one month late, after repeated phone calls to get them on site, they sent over a worker with zero experience in stucco work. While they were on the job site for about three weeks straight, very little seemed to get accomplished. The were difficult to get to show up (after the initial few weeks), continually had excuses as to why they could not show up, and then when they did show up, they would simply piddle to appease me for a few hours then go work other jobs. They continually asked to "borrow" my tools, often breaking or losing the tools they borrowed. Their workers and themselves were unprofessional. They never completed the job (original contract stipulated five weeks), I gave them nearly five months before I fired this company. All of the stucco work they performed had to be removed by a subsequent contractor. They simply did not know what they were doing with regard to stucco work. I rehab historic homes for a living and have been doing so for nearly three years and this company was by far the worst contractor I have ever had to deal with. It cost me twice as much money to fix their mistakes and now, due to their non-completion of services paid for, I am seeking legal action. I would not recommend Touch of Magic for any type of contract work.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! They have taken almost 3 months to complete my house then one day they stopped showing up. They left my property completely trashed, broke two storm windows, and didn't finish painting. Now they are threatening to file a lien against our house because we are refusing to pay them until they finish.
