The Annual Meeting of the members of Mesta Park Neighborhood Association will be held at Perle Mesta Park on June 18, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. in conjunction with the picnic. Only those residents and property owners who are current on their Mesta Park Neighborhood Association dues are eligible to vote on the slate of officers and directors proposed by the Board of Directors or any other matter requiring a vote of the membership.
Election of officers and directors of MPNA for the 2019-2020 term will be conducted during the MPNA Annual Meeting. The proposed slate is as follows:

Hank Latimer (to serve remainder of term held by a director who is moving out of Mesta Park)
Term ending 2020
Hank Latimer (to serve remainder of term held a director who is moving out of Mesta Park)

Nominations are open to fill both the open positions but anyone eligible may to run for any position. Eligibility requirements for nomination: Anyone who lives in or owns real property in Mesta Park and is a current member of Mesta Park Neighborhood Association is eligible for election to any position. Interested persons should note, however, that there are other requirements of MPNA officers and directors beyond payment of MPNA dues. Nominations of eligible individuals will be open at the annual meeting.
